Natural do Rio de Janeiro e residente em Lisboa. Sou artista da DANÇA e da performance, MASSOTERAPEUTA e DOULA. Sinto que a dança é como um ritual de cura, celebração e livre expressão do ser, e é isso que me move em minhas criações artísticas e o que pretendo partilhar em minhas aulas. Sou criadora do projecto PELVIC DANCE onde pesquiso a zona pélvica e seus poderosos movimentos.

O mergulho neste misterioso local da origem da vida me leva agora a iniciar meu caminho como guardiã do nascimento.

Born in Rio de Janeiro and living in Lisbon. I am a DANCE and performance artist, MASSOTHERAPIST and DOULA. I believe that dance is like a ritual of healing, celebration and free expression of being, and this is what moves me in my artistic creations and what I intend to share in my classes. I am the creator of the PELVIC DANCE project where I research the pelvic area and its powerful movements.

Diving into this mysterious place of the origin of life leads me to start my path as a guardian of birth.
